COMPUTER & ELECTRONIC DIAGNOSIS
Technically we are fully equipped & experienced to work on your cars on-board computers and electronics, including the new & advanced models. Our technicians use the latest computer hardware & software which plugs into your car to aid diagnosis of faults. Our Equipment is specifically designed to be used with all the latest BMW systems so you can feel assured we can diagnose faults in the shortest possible time.
MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL REPAIRS
Servicing, WOF, WOF Repairs, Brakes, suspension, exhausts, engines, transmissions, batteries, electronic faults, alternators, central locking, electric windows, air conditioning repairs & re-gas and much much more are what our experienced staff deal with every day.
PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS
We are happy to check over any vehicle you are looking to purchase and will provide a full written comprehensive report advising the vehicles condition at the time.
BREAK-DOWNS
Should you have the mis-fortune of breaking down we are able to assist by helping arrange a tow back to the workshop. We always do our best to prioritize breakdowns and in the majority of situations can have you back on the road in the same day.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Opening hours Monday to Friday 7.30 am – 5.30pm
- We are closed weekends & Public Holidays & for about 10 days over the Christmas period.
- If possible we like cars to be dropped off from 7.30-9am, however we understand this can sometimes be difficult to achieve particularly with customers with school children, so in these cases just asap please.
- Booking time varies greatly, sometimes we can help out with a days notice others it can be 3-4 days ,If you have a particular date you prefer it would best to call far enough in advance to allow for this. We have 3 Loan Cars available for customers use , however these are extremely popular so booking in advance is essential.
- Currently we do not charge for the use of loan cars but ask customers to put in the appropriate amount of petrol they use on the day.
- If you work in the City please note we are just across the road from the Constellation Road Park n Ride service into Auckland City.
- Being Contactable during the day while we have your car is important. There may be times during the day when we will need to discuss any issues or progress with you, so please provide us the best number to contact you on so the work on your car is not delayed – we do not like to complete work without explaining everything and quoting you first.
- We currently send out Courtesy WOF & Service reminders by post , but are trying to update our database with email addresses so we can be a little greener & not print & send out via normal post.
- Payment is required on completion of work , we accept Cash, Mastercard, VISA, & Eftpos with no fees.
